Our policy is pretty easy:

a) We ship every order on the same day we receive payment (if not stated different).

b) We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, Western Union or bank transfer.

c) Every order can be changed / canceled as long it is not shipped (or produced for special seals) without any fees.

d) We normally send FedEx, on special request also other carrier, we are flexible to customize the invoice to your needs, but we are not responsible for any import tax you may pay. Our shipping rate is 22 US$ for 0.5 kg (worldwide), for higher weights, ask for a quotation.

e) Sent orders are final, We do not take the product back or refund it.

f) In case we send wrong products or faulty product please contact us first, no question we replace that.
